WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Recruit, hire and manage cottage care staff
- Complete scheduling for cottage care staff
- Orient, monitor progress and reinforce training of cottage care staff
- Assist the Resident Care Director and Executive Director in implementing state regulations as required
- Monitor all aspects of medication administration including the audit of Medication Administration Records (MAR) and notifying pharmacy of changes
- Consult with families and/or physicians to coordinate resident care needs

- State-specific Medication Technician / Registered Medication Aide certification required (Candidates must possess to move forward in the process)
- In addition to Med Tech license, a CNA or PCA/DCS Certification is required
- Aptitude and previous experience with Alzheimer’s and memory impaired residents
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior management experience in a similar work environment
- Must have and maintain CPR and First Aid
